Join us on November 14, 2018!

Join us for a free workshop on how to conduct oral history interviews.

The workshop will be led by Liz Strong, Oral History Program Manager for the New York Preservation Archive Project (NYPAP). NYPAP documents and celebrates historic preservation campaigns across the five boroughs of New York City. Drawing on oral histories recorded with some of Brooklyn’s leading preservationists, this workshop will introduce participants to why oral history is a powerful tool for neighborhood history, and how to get started on oral history projects of their own.

There will be a reception beginning at 6:30 pm.  The workshop will start promptly at 7:00 pm.
