Application Now Open for 2023 Round of the Shelby White & Leon Levy Archival Assistance Initiative Grants

The New York Preservation Archive Project is pleased to announce that the application for the 2023 Shelby White & Leon Levy Archival Assistance Initiative Grants is now open.
The Archive Project originally presented Archival Assistance Initiative grants from 2013 through 2018 to assist historic preservation-related not-for-profit organizations in identifying and maintaining their archival resources. With the generous assistance of the Leon Levy Foundation, the Initiative was revitalized with a new round of small grants in 2022, and we now continue with a 2023 round. Applicants must demonstrate their project or collection’s significance to the story of historic preservation in New York City.
